Dream Big

Last night was day 300 of my runstreak.  Having mistimed dinner time for a 7.00 p.m. jog I made it out for 5 miles at 8.30 p.m.

My legs are still feeling fresh after all these miles. It might have something to do with the extra magnesium I have been taking.
