motivation

Last night was day 300 of my runstreak.  Having mistimed dinner time for a 7.00 p.m. jog I made it out for 5 miles at 8.30 p.m.

My legs are still feeling fresh after all these miles. It might have something to do with the extra magnesium I have been taking.

I have signed up to marshal at Knocknacarra Parkrun this Saturday. If you are running or walking prepare to hear some of the best motivational words yet. Then I am driving to Ennis for a Halloween Howler race to finish off my 4 provinces challenge.

Salthill village will host a “Zombie Chase” in aid of ACT for Meningitis. If you are around please try and take part.

I’m hoping to hit mile 1300 on Monday. It could be pretty tight but you won’t know unless you try.

clocks-go-backI’ve been toying around with some business ideas lately. What started off as a bit of a daft idea in the middle of a 7 mile run on the Prom might just become a reality. I have a couple of meetings coming up in the next few weeks. Sometimes you have to dream big.

Enjoy the long weekend. Go easy on the treats and don’t forget to put back your clocks back 1 hour.
